Students will cut out two pieces and glue them onto an extra sheet of paper to create a flap/pocket treasure chest. Then, they will color and cut out a pearl and a miniature scroll with text from the parable on it. Lastly, students will decorate the paper they glued their treasure chest to. (Requires a printed template and an extra sheet of blank paper)
 
The Good Samaritan Code Breaker Puzzle - Students will read the parable, then use numbers and letters on a grid to crack a code and answer a question Jesus asked after telling the story.
